Draft copy and campaigns with the Marketing Agent
Teach the agent your brand voice, ask it for page copy and social drafts, send email campaigns to consented Nest segments, and ask happy customers for reviews. Nothing goes out without your approval.
What the Marketing Agent does
A Marketing Agent writes in your brand voice. It can:
- draft page and email copy for you to paste into Cue,
- draft social posts and keep them on a calendar,
- build email campaigns for consented Nest segments and send them after you approve,
- ask happy customers for a review, one approved email at a time,
- ask a Research Agent for facts when it needs them.
Open it at https://tron.oroe.ai/t/marketing_agent.
Good to know The Marketing Agent doesn’t edit your Cue pages. Copy and social posts are drafts you place yourself. Email is the only thing it sends.
Before you start
- Connect a sending mailbox in Relay.
- Build segments of consented contacts in Nest. Campaigns only ever go to contacts who agreed to hear from you.
Create a Marketing Agent
- Go to https://tron.oroe.ai/t/marketing_agent/agents and select New Agent.
- Pick a Purpose preset (optional): Local service business, Clinic, D2C store, B2B services or Restaurant / hospitality.
- Write the Persona / System Prompt.
- Fill in your brand kit in Marketing Agent settings (below).
- Select Save Agent.
Set up your brand kit
Every draft follows these settings.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Brand voice | How your brand sounds, in a few sentences. |
| Always | Things every draft must do. |
| Never | Things no draft may do, for example “promise results”. |
| Sample texts in your voice | Up to five short pieces the agent should sound like. |
| Locales | The languages and regions you write for. |
The Brand page at https://tron.oroe.ai/t/marketing_agent/brand shows each agent’s Voice, Always / never, Samples in your voice and Sending and compliance at a glance. Select Edit in agent settings to change them.
Ask for work
- Open the Marketing Agent Overview.
- Under Ask for work, choose the agent.
- Describe what you need. For example: a hero section for the new page, a win-back email to the “lapsed” segment, or three posts about the spring menu.
- Select Start.
Follow its progress under Runs.
Find your drafts on the Calendar
Open Calendar at https://tron.oroe.ai/t/marketing_agent/calendar. It lists social drafts and page copy, ready for you to place. Filter by All drafts, Social posts or Page copy. Each row shows the Title, Type, Channel / block, Suggested date and when it was Created.
Open a draft, copy the text, and paste it where it belongs.
Send an email campaign
- Ask the agent for a campaign to one of your segments.
- Open Campaigns at https://tron.oroe.ai/t/marketing_agent/campaigns and open the campaign.
- Check the Subject, the body and the footer that’s added to every email.
- If it’s still a draft, select Send for approval.
- Select Decide in the approvals queue and approve it in Approvals.
Once approved, it sends through your Relay mailbox, one email per recipient. Contacts without an email address, and anyone who unsubscribed, are skipped.
If sending pauses, for example because you reached your daily limit, open the campaign and select Resume sending.
Note Only segments listed under Audiences (Nest segments) can be used. A campaign to any other segment is refused.
