Manage your monitors

Find, edit, pause, resume and delete monitors, and understand what each status means.

Find your monitors

Open https://pinwatch.oroe.ai/monitors. All Monitors shows every monitor as a card.

  • Use the tabs to narrow the list: All, Uptime, Keyword or Active.
  • Use the two buttons beside Create Monitor to switch between a grid and a list.
  • Select View Details on a card to open the monitor’s own page.

The Dashboard at https://pinwatch.oroe.ai/ shows your counts and Recent Monitors. Select View All to jump to the full list.

What the statuses mean

Status Meaning
Up The last check succeeded.
Down 3 checks in a row have failed. You’ve been alerted.
Never checked The monitor is new and hasn’t run yet.
Watching A keyword monitor that has run at least once.
Paused The monitor is switched off and isn’t checking.

Each status has its own icon and word, so you never have to rely on colour alone.

A card also shows how often it checks (for example “Every 5min”), when it last checked, and, once there’s data, its uptime percentage and average response time.

Edit a monitor

  1. On the monitor’s card, select the Edit button (the pencil). On an uptime monitor’s own page, you can also select Edit at the top.
  2. In Edit Monitor, change the Name, the address, or the Check Interval. The interval list runs from 1 minute to 1 hour.
  3. Tick or untick Email Alerts. For uptime monitors you can also set Send alerts to.
  4. Select Save Changes. You’ll see “Monitor updated”.

Note To point a keyword monitor at a different page, create a new keyword monitor for the new address and delete the old one.

Pause and resume

Pausing stops checks and alerts without losing the monitor or its history. It’s handy during planned maintenance.

  1. Open the monitor’s own page.
  2. Select Pause. The button changes to Resume.
  3. When you’re ready, select Resume to start checking again.

On the Uptime Monitors list at https://pinwatch.oroe.ai/uptime, each card also has a pause and resume button.

Tip Pause a monitor before planned maintenance so you don’t get a down alert for work you’re doing on purpose. Just remember to resume it afterwards.

Delete a monitor

  1. On the monitor’s card at https://pinwatch.oroe.ai/monitors, select the Delete button (the bin).
  2. Check the name in Delete Monitor. “This action cannot be undone.”
  3. Select Delete to confirm, or Cancel to keep it.

Deleting removes the monitor and its history for good. If you might need it again, pause it instead.
