Create your Oroe account

How to sign up for Oroe, what each field on the sign-up form is for, and what you get once your account is ready.

Before you start

Oroe accounts are currently opened by invitation. You need one of these:

  • A reference code from the Oroe team. If you don’t have one, email support@oroe.ai.
  • An invitation from someone who already uses Oroe and wants you on their team. If that’s you, follow Accept an invitation instead. You won’t need a reference code.

Sign up

  1. Go to https://my.oroe.ai/register. You can also select Sign up on the sign-in page.
  2. Fill in the form:
    • Full Name: the name your team will see across every Oroe module.
    • Email: the address you’ll sign in with.
    • Mobile Number: pick your country from the dropdown, then type your number without the country code.
    • Password: see the rules below.
    • Reference Code: the code the Oroe team gave you.
  3. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  4. Select Create Account.
  5. You’ll land on the sign-in page with a confirmation message. Sign in with your new email and password.

Choosing your country

Oroe tries to pick your country for you, based on your browser’s settings. Check it’s right before you continue. Your country matters beyond the phone number: it sets the currency and formatting defaults for your workspace. The form shows you which currency it will use as soon as you choose a country.

Tip You can change your country later from your profile. See Update your profile.

Password rules

Your password needs:

  • At least 12 characters
  • An uppercase letter
  • A lowercase letter
  • A number

The form ticks off each rule as you type, so you’ll know it’s accepted before you submit.

What you get

When you sign up with a reference code, Oroe creates your first workspace for you, ready to use. Your plan decides which modules you can open and how many workspaces you can create. You can see all of that on your dashboard and on your plan pages.

Note Signing in with Google or GitHub isn’t available. Use your email address and password.
