What Relay does
Meet Relay, Oroe's shared inbox for email and Facebook Messenger, and find your way around it.
Relay in one minute
Relay brings your customer conversations into one place your whole team can see. Connect your business email and your Facebook Pages, and every new message lands in a shared inbox. Anyone on your team with access can read it, reply to it and mark where it stands, so nothing slips through because it was sitting in one person’s mailbox.
Relay handles two channels today:
| Channel | What you connect | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| A Gmail account, or any mailbox that supports IMAP | Read threads, reply, write new emails, set a status and priority | |
| Messenger | The Facebook Pages you manage | Read and reply to text messages from customers |
How it fits into Oroe
Oroe is an AI-first business suite. Cue builds your website, Nest keeps your customers, Relay holds your conversations, Pulse holds your documents and Tron runs your AI agents.
You sign in once with your Oroe account, and Relay uses the same workspace and team as the rest of the suite. If you use Tron, its chat agent can answer Messenger conversations through Relay for you. See Tron for how to set that up.
What you’ll find in Relay
The menu on the left has four places:
- Email at https://relay.oroe.ai/inbox/email is your shared email inbox, with folders, search and replies.
- Messenger at https://relay.oroe.ai/inbox/messenger shows conversations from your Facebook Pages.
- Analytics at https://relay.oroe.ai/analytics gives you a quick count of your conversations and how fast you respond.
- Settings at https://relay.oroe.ai/settings is where you connect accounts, set up sending and manage your team.
Setting up, in order
- Connect your email so Relay can bring your messages in.
- Set up sending with SMTP so you can reply. Relay needs this step before any email can go out.
- Connect Facebook Messenger if your customers message your Page.
- Invite your team and decide who can see what.
