The platform

Built so AI can see the whole business

AI is only as useful as what it can reach. Oroe was designed the other way round from traditional business software: first one system for everything you run, then an AI that works across all of it, then agents that act on what the AI understands.

Three layers

Business at the bottom. Intelligence in the middle. Action on top.

Tron · Agents

AI that does the work

Six kinds of agent that answer the phone, email and chat, research, market and chase invoices, each with rules you set.

Pulse · The AI engine

One intelligence underneath everything

Connect the models you choose once. Agents and AI features can share that connection, with usage and budgets in one place.

The modules

Where the business actually runs

Your website and bookings, customers and deals, conversations and uptime, in modules that share one account and one team.

Why one system beats ten connected apps

One message, four modules

The work flows. Nobody copies anything.

A customer asks about Saturday on Messenger. Tron’s chat agent answers from your real availability in Cue, books the slot, saves the customer to Nest, and your team can see the whole conversation in Relay. In a stack of separate apps, that is four logins and a lot of copy-paste.

  • Answers based on real availability, not a guess
  • The customer record exists the moment they book
  • A person can take over the conversation at any point

You stay in charge

You decide how much freedom AI gets

Every agent has rules for what it may do on its own and what it must ask about first. Pick the AI model, set send windows and calling hours, and see what every request costs. Anything outside the rules waits in one approvals queue.

  • Per-agent rules and send windows
  • One approvals page for everything waiting
  • Usage and cost for every request

Platform questions

Can I use one module without the others?

Yes. Every module works on its own. The AI gets more useful as more of your business runs in Oroe, but nothing forces you to move everything at once.

Where does the AI run?

On the provider you choose: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, an OpenAI-compatible service or your own self-hosted model. Keys are stored encrypted.

Can the AI act without me?

Only inside the rules you set for each agent. Everything else waits for approval, and marketing sends always need a person.

One system. AI on top. You in charge.

Start with the part of your business that takes the most of your time.
