Team and notifications

Team Management

Open Team under Tools, or go to https://nest.oroe.ai/team. You’ll land on Team Management, with three tabs: Members, Invitations and Roles.

Invite someone

1. Select Invite Member.
2. Enter their Email and choose a Role.
3. Select Send Invitation.

They’ll get an email with a link to join. Until they accept, you’ll find them on the Invitations tab, where you can resend the invitation or revoke it.

Change someone’s role or remove them

On the Members tab, change a person’s role from their row, or select Remove member to take them out of the workspace.

Roles and permissions

A role decides which parts of Nest a person can see and what they can change there. If someone opens a page their role doesn’t cover, they’ll see Access Denied.

Create a custom role

1. Go to the Roles tab and select Create Custom Role.
2. Enter a Role Name.
3. For each area, such as Contacts, Pipeline, Steps, Segments and Team, choose a level:
   • Viewer – can look but not change anything.
   • Editor – can add and change things.
   • Manager – full control, including deleting.
4. Select Create Role.

Tip Give people the lowest level they need. A part-time assistant who only books meetings might be an Editor on Steps and a Viewer everywhere else.

Note Importing and exporting contacts is reserved for the workspace owner, whatever role others have.

Notifications

Nest lets you know when something in your workspace needs your attention.

The Notifications page

Open Settings, go to the Notifications tab and select View All, or go straight to https://nest.oroe.ai/notifications.

• Switch between All and Unread.
• Select Mark all read once you’ve caught up.
• Select Clear all to empty the list.

Choose how you’re notified

1. Open Settings and go to the Notifications tab.
2. Switch in-app and email notifications on or off to suit you.
