Stay in control with approvals and rules
Decide on everything your agents want to send, set how much each agent may do on its own, and learn the safety rules Tron applies to every outbound message and call.
How approvals work
When an agent wants to do something that leaves your business, such as sending a reply, an invoice or a campaign, it can ask you first. The request waits in one place: Approvals at https://tron.oroe.ai/approvals.
Nothing in the queue happens until you decide. When you approve, Tron carries it out straight away.
The sidebar shows how many requests are waiting, for example Approvals (3 pending). You’ll also get a Waiting on your approval notification for each new one.
What lands in the queue
Each request shows which agent type proposed it and what it is.
| Label | From | What approving does |
|---|---|---|
| Email Agent | Sends the reply or follow-up. | |
| chat hand-off | Chat Agent | Acknowledges it. You reply to the visitor yourself under Conversations. |
| email campaign | Marketing Agent | Sends the campaign to its recipients. |
| review request | Marketing Agent | Sends one review email. |
| send invoice | Finance Agent | Issues and emails the invoice. |
| payment reminder | Finance Agent | Sends the reminder email. |
| write-off | Finance Agent | Writes off the balance. |
| overdue escalation | Finance Agent | Acknowledges that an invoice has run out of reminder steps and is now yours to follow up. |
| call | Any agent that asks for a call | Places the call through a Telecaller agent. |
Decide on a request
- Open https://tron.oroe.ai/approvals. The Pending tab opens first.
- Read the proposal. Select Show raw if you want every detail.
- Choose one:
- Approve to go ahead as it is.
- Edit to change it first. Make your changes in Edit before approving, then select Approve edited. The agent uses your version.
- Reject to stop it. Nothing is sent.
Tip The edit box shows the proposal in a structured format. Change only the text between the quotes, such as a subject or body, and leave the rest as it is.
The status tabs
| Tab | What’s there |
|---|---|
| Pending | Waiting on you. Each shows when it expires. |
| Approved | Approved as proposed. |
| Edited | Approved with your changes. The card shows your version. |
| Rejected | Turned down. |
| Expired | Nobody decided in time. |
A request expires 72 hours after it was proposed. An expired request can’t be approved, and nothing is sent.
Set how much each agent may do
Each type has its own setting in the agent’s type settings card.
| Type | Setting | Choices |
|---|---|---|
| Email Agent | Autonomy | draft only, approve first, auto within rules. See Email Agent. |
| Marketing Agent | Approval | approve first or draft only. Campaigns and review requests always need your approval. |
| Finance Agent | Send without approval under (amount) | Invoices and reminders below this total go out on their own. At 0, everything waits. |
| Chat Agent | Hand off on keywords | Words that pass the chat to a person. |
| Telecaller | Numbers the agent may transfer to | Transfers to any other number are refused. |
Good to know Start with the strictest setting. Loosen it once you’ve approved enough requests to trust what the agent writes.
Guardrails on every agent
In the agent builder’s Guardrails card:
- Forbidden Topics (comma-separated): subjects the agent must not discuss.
- Required Disclosures: lines the agent must include.
Both are added to the agent’s instructions.
Safety rules Tron always applies
These apply whatever the settings say.
- Quiet hours. Tron respects quiet hours in each contact’s region, on top of any hours you set. In most regions that’s 21:00 to 08:00 local time.
- Consent for marketing. Campaigns only go to consented contacts in the segments you allow. Anyone who unsubscribed is skipped.
- AI disclosure. Where the rules require it, people are told they’re dealing with an AI assistant. Each channel agent has a setting for this.
- No invented amounts. Finance amounts come from the record, never from the AI.
Mute or keep notifications
On https://tron.oroe.ai/notifications, under What you get told about, switch categories on or off. Waiting on you covers approvals. Muting stops new notifications only; nothing already there is removed.
