Understand your plan, usage and billing
How to see what your plan includes, check how much of each limit you've used, and change or upgrade your plan.
What your plan decides
Your plan sets three things:
- Which modules you can use. Modules outside your plan show as Locked on your dashboard, and as Upgrade in the module switcher.
- Your limits. For example, how many workspaces you can own or join, how many team members you can have, and module limits such as contacts, monitors or AI agents.
- Your features, such as the Pulse AI Assistant, API access or priority support.
Compare plans
Go to https://my.oroe.ai/plans, or select View Plans on your profile or billing page.
Each plan card shows its Limits, its Features and its Included Modules. Your own plan is marked Current Plan.
Check your usage
You can see how much of your plan you’ve used in two places:
- In the module switcher, in any module. Plan Usage shows bars for that module’s limits and your workspace count. Each bar reads “used / limit” and turns amber as you get close to a limit, then red.
- On your profile, under Subscription Plan. Plan Limits lists every limit on your plan with what you’ve used so far.
Tip When a bar is close to full, an Upgrade link appears next to Plan Usage. It takes you to your billing page.
Upgrade or change your plan
Plan changes are handled by the Oroe team. There’s no online checkout.
- Go to https://my.oroe.ai/plans.
- On the plan you want, select Talk to sales about followed by the plan’s name.
- Your email app opens a message that already names the plan you picked, your account and your current plan. Send it.
The Oroe team will get back to you to arrange the change. You can also email support@oroe.ai at any time. For something tailored, use Contact Sales under Need a Custom Plan? at the bottom of the plans page.
Your billing page
Select your name or avatar in the top-right corner, then Billing. You can also go to https://my.oroe.ai/billing.
The Billing & Subscription page shows:
- Current Subscription: your plan, Billing Cycle, Next Billing Date and Amount.
- Payment Method: paid plans are arranged with our team, so no card is stored in Oroe.
- Billing History: invoices aren’t published in the portal. If you’re on a paid plan, your invoices are sent by email. Ask our team if you need a copy.
- Subscription Actions: Change Plan takes you to the plans page. On a paid plan, Cancel Subscription opens an email to our team.
- Need Help?: select Contact Support to email us about billing.
Note Paid plans aren’t self-service. Any paid arrangement is agreed directly with the Oroe team, and invoicing happens outside the portal.
