Sign in, reset your password and sign out

How to sign in to Oroe, stay signed in on your own device, get back in if you forget your password, and sign out safely.

Sign in

  1. Go to https://my.oroe.ai/login.
  2. Enter your Email and Password.
  3. If you’re on your own device, tick Remember me (see below).
  4. Select Sign In.

You’ll arrive at your dashboard. If you were on your way into a module, such as a link to Cue or Nest, Oroe takes you straight there after you sign in.

Remember me

  • Ticked: you stay signed in on this device, even after you close your browser.
  • Not ticked: you’re signed out when you close your browser.

Tip Leave Remember me unticked on shared or public computers.

One sign-in for every module

You only sign in once. After that you can open any module your plan and workspace allow, without signing in again. See Move between modules.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?
  2. Enter the Email address you sign in with.
  3. Select Send reset link.
  4. Check your inbox for an email from Oroe and open the link.
  5. On the Choose a new password page, enter your New password, then type it again in Confirm new password.
  6. Select Save new password.
  7. Sign in with your new password.

Things to know about reset links:

  • A link works for 60 minutes and only once. If it has expired, you’ll see This link is no longer valid. Select Request a new link to get a fresh one.
  • For your security, Oroe shows the same confirmation whether or not an account exists for the address you entered. If no email arrives, check your spam folder and make sure you used the address you sign in with.
  • When you save a new password, you’re signed out everywhere, on every device. Sign back in with the new password.

Tip To change your password while you’re signed in, use the same steps. Sign out first, or open https://my.oroe.ai/forgot-password in your browser.

Good to know If you see “Too many attempts”, wait a few minutes before you try again. Oroe limits repeated sign-in and reset attempts to protect your account.

Sign out

  1. In the portal, select your name or avatar in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Sign Out.

Signing out ends your Oroe session and cancels the sign-in that carries you between modules. You can also sign out from inside a module. It uses the same sign-out and brings you back to the portal’s sign-in page.

Tip On a shared computer, close any module tabs you had open after you sign out.
