Understand your analytics
How to use the analytics portal to see activity, module dashboards and the audit trail for a workspace, and how owners control who can see it.
What the analytics portal shows
The analytics portal brings every module’s activity for a workspace into one place. It’s where you see how the business is doing across Cue, Nest CRM, Relay, PinWatch, Pulse and Tron, rather than checking each module separately. It also keeps a searchable audit trail of what happened, and who or what did it.
Everything you see is for your current workspace. Its name is shown near the top of the page.
Open analytics
- On your dashboard, select Open analytics on the Analytics & audit card.
- Or go to https://my.oroe.ai/analytics.
To see another workspace, switch workspace in the header first. To get back to your dashboard, select Workspace home.
The sections
Which sections you see depends on what you’re allowed to see in this workspace.
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Overview | Activity over time, current values, money totals (kept separate per currency), error codes, funnels and the top actions and outcomes. |
| Dashboard | Business outcomes and operational health for one module. Choose a module to see its dashboard. Open How this is calculated on a panel to see where a number comes from. |
| Audit logs | Every recorded event, newest first. Select Details on an event to see more about it. |
| My account | Events recorded against your own account, outside any workspace. Only you can see these. Workspace administrators cannot. |
| Coverage & health | Whether each module is sending its activity to analytics. |
| Access | Who can see analytics in this workspace. Shown to the owner and to anyone allowed to manage access. |
Filter what you see
Use the filter bar to narrow things down:
- Set From (UTC) and Through (UTC), or select 7d, 30d or 90d.
- Choose a Module, or leave it on All permitted modules.
- Optionally narrow further, for example by Outcome, Category or Action.
- Select Apply filters. Select Clear to start again.
Select Refresh at the top of the page to load the latest data.
Export the audit log
If you’re allowed to export, Export CSV appears on Audit logs. It downloads the events that match your filters as a spreadsheet file.
Reading Coverage & health
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| No events received | Nothing has ever arrived from this module. That’s not the same as no activity. |
| Receiving | Activity is arriving normally. |
| Stalled | The module has activity waiting but hasn’t delivered it for a long time. |
| Rejecting | The last delivery was refused. |
Control who sees analytics
As the workspace owner, you decide who else can see analytics.
- Open the Access section.
- Under Role permissions, choose a Role from your workspace and the module to Allow access to module.
- Tick what that role may do: View analytics, View audit logs, Export audit data and Manage access.
- Select Save permissions.
Changes apply straight away to everyone in that role. Export also needs audit log access. Only the owner can grant Manage access.
You can also name Delegated administrators: workspace members who may manage analytics access for the modules you choose. Enter the member’s user ID, tick their modules and select Save administrator. Select Revoke to remove them.
Note If you’re a team member without analytics access, you’ll still see My account. Ask your workspace owner to grant your role analytics or audit access.
