What is Nest?
Nest is Oroe's CRM, the place where your contacts, deals and follow-ups live, and where your Cue site and Tron agents send the people they meet.
Nest in a sentence
Nest is the customer relationship manager (CRM) in the Oroe suite. It keeps one record for every person you deal with, tracks the deals you’re working on, and reminds you what to do next.
It’s also where the rest of Oroe does its work. When someone books an appointment or fills in a form on your Cue site, they arrive in Nest as a contact. When a Tron agent calls a lead or researches a company, it writes what it learned back into that contact’s record. You and your agents share one list of people.
What you can do in Nest
- Keep a contact list. Store names, emails, phone numbers, companies, tags and your own custom fields. See Contacts.
- Record the history. Log calls, emails, meetings and notes on each contact’s timeline so anyone on your team can pick up where you left off.
- Track deals. Move deals across a drag-and-drop pipeline from first contact to closed. See Deals and the pipeline.
- Plan next steps. Schedule calls, emails, meetings and tasks against your deals, and set reminders on contacts. See Steps and reminders.
- Group contacts. Build segments such as “high-value customers” or “leads from the website”. See Segments.
- Work as a team. Invite colleagues and decide what each of them can see and change. See Team and notifications.
What Nest doesn’t do (yet)
We’d rather you know up front:
- One pipeline per workspace. You can rename, add and reorder stages, but you can’t run several separate pipelines side by side.
- No currency conversion. Deals can be in different currencies, and totals are shown per currency rather than converted.
- No duplicate checking on import. Importing a spreadsheet creates a new contact for every row, even if that person is already in Nest. See Importing contacts.
- Segments and custom fields can’t be edited after you create them. You can switch a custom field off or delete a segment and make a new one.
