Get started with Cue
Set up your business in Cue, either by describing it in your own words or with the step-by-step wizard, then find your way around.
Before you begin
You need an Oroe account and a workspace. If you haven’t created one yet, start with Create your account.
Cue works from your business profile: your name, description, contact details, locations, team, working hours and services. Your website, your booking page and your forms all draw on it, so it’s worth filling it in first.
Set up your business
Open https://cue.oroe.ai/setup. The first time you visit with no business in your workspace, Cue offers the quickest route: describing your business in plain words.
Option 1: describe your business
- Under Describe your business, write a few sentences about what you do. Include your services and prices, your opening hours and where you are. For example: “We are Luna Hair Studio at 12 Baker Street, Manchester. Haircuts are £30 (45 min)…”
- Select Build my profile with Pulse. Reading your description can take up to a minute.
- Check the card headed Review what Pulse understood. Everything is editable here: your business name, tagline, contact details, location, opening hours, services and pricing, and social links. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
- Select Looks right — create my business & website. Cue creates your business, location and services, then prepares a first draft of your website for you to review.
If the description missed something, select Re-describe to try again. If Pulse can’t be reached, the same card opens empty so you can fill it in yourself.
Good to know Nothing goes live at this point. Your website is created as drafts, and you decide when to publish. See Build your website.
Option 2: set up step by step
Prefer to fill in forms? Select Skip — set up manually. The setup wizard walks you through five steps:
- Business Details: your business name, description, contact details and website.
- Location Setup: at least one place where you offer services, with its address and time zone.
- Team Members: the people who take appointments, with their title and specialisation.
- Working Hours: the days and times each team member is available.
- Services & Pricing: what you offer, how long each option takes and what it costs.
Use Next Step and Previous to move between steps, then select Complete Setup. Your progress saves automatically as you go, so you can close the tab and come back later.
Tip The Working Hours step decides which times customers can book online. Take a moment to get it right for each team member.
Find your way around
Once your business exists, the Cue sidebar shows the parts of Cue you have access to:
- Cue Pages, with Pages (All pages, Templates, Components, Media) and Website (General, Navigation, Design, Visibility, Domain, SEO & Social) underneath.
- Appointment Scheduling, with tabs for Quick View, Appointments, Business Details, Analytics and Settings.
- Custom Forms, with tabs for Forms, Submissions and Analytics.
- Team & Permissions, if you’re the owner or have team permissions.
Select the grid icon to jump to any other Oroe module. See Dashboard and module switcher.
