Find your way around the dashboard and module switcher

What's on your Oroe dashboard, how to open modules, how to move between them without signing in again, and how to send us feedback.

Your dashboard

After you sign in, you land on your dashboard at https://my.oroe.ai. It’s the front door to everything in Oroe.

The header

Along the top of every portal page you’ll find:

  • The workspace menu: shows the workspace you’re working in. Select it to switch workspace. See Switch workspace.
  • The notifications bell: shows how many unread notifications you have. See Notifications.
  • Your name or avatar: opens your account menu, with Profile Settings, Billing, Help & Support and Sign Out.
  • The theme toggle: switches between light and dark mode. Oroe remembers your choice on this device.

Module cards

The dashboard shows a card for every Oroe module: Pulse, Cue, Nest CRM, Relay Email, PinWatch and Tron. Each card tells you whether you can use that module right now.

What you see What it means
Active and an Open button (for example Open Cue) The module is ready. Select the button to go straight in.
Locked and Upgrade to Unlock Your plan doesn’t include this module. The button takes you to the plans page.
Locked and No Access You’re a team member in this workspace, and the owner hasn’t given you this module. Ask the workspace owner for access.

You never need to sign in again when you open a module from here. You’ll see a short Authenticating… screen, then the module opens.

Your website

If your plan includes Cue, the dashboard also shows your website:

  • If you have a site, the card shows its name, whether it’s Live or a Draft, its web address and how many pages are published. Select Manage website to work on it in Cue, or Ask Pulse to update it to describe the changes you want and let Pulse make them.
  • If you don’t have a site yet, the card reads Let Pulse build your website. Select Build my website, tell Pulse about your business, and it creates the site for you, connected to your bookings, contacts and notifications from day one.

This is Oroe’s AI-first idea in action: Pulse builds from what it knows about your business, instead of starting you on a blank page.

Analytics & audit

The Analytics & audit card opens the analytics portal for your current workspace. Select Open analytics. See Understand your analytics.

Quick Actions

At the bottom of the dashboard, Quick Actions gives you shortcuts, including Update Profile and Notifications.

Plan banner

On a paid plan, the dashboard shows a banner with your plan’s name, how many workspaces you can have and the main features you have. Select View Plan Details for the full picture.

Move between modules with the module switcher

The module switcher is a slide-out panel that’s available in every Oroe module and on the portal’s other pages, such as your profile, workspaces, plans and billing pages. It lets you jump between modules without signing in again.

  1. Select the small tab on the right-hand edge of the screen.
  2. The Modules panel slides out.
  3. Select the module you want. It opens in a new browser tab, already signed in.

In the panel you’ll see:

  • Every module, with the one you’re in highlighted. Modules you can open show Active. Modules your plan doesn’t include show Upgrade, and take you to the plans page.
  • Portal, which brings you back to your dashboard and settings.
  • Plan Usage: bars showing how much of your plan’s limits you’ve used for the module you’re in, plus your workspace count. Bars turn amber as you get close to a limit and red when you’re nearly there. An Upgrade link appears when you’re close to a limit.
  • Share feedback: see below.
  • Your workspace, at the bottom. Select it to see Your Workspaces and switch, or select Manage Workspaces to go to the Workspaces page.

Tip Switching workspace in the module switcher reloads the page you’re on, because everything you see belongs to the workspace you choose.

Send us feedback

Every module has a feedback box in the module switcher. It goes straight to the team building Oroe, and it’s how we decide what to build next.

  1. Open the module switcher.
  2. Select Share feedback.
  3. Type your message in the box. Tell us what’s working, what’s missing or what you’d like AI to take off your plate.
  4. If you’d like a reply, add your email address. This is optional.
  5. Select Send feedback.

You’ll see Thanks — we read everything. Your feedback reaches us with the name of the page you were on, so you don’t need to explain where you were.

Was this helpful? Tell us what’s missing with the feedback button in any module, or email support@oroe.ai.
