What Tron does
Learn what Tron's seven agent types do, how they run on Pulse, and how they act in Cue, Nest and Relay.
Tron in one minute
Tron is where you set up AI agents for your business. An agent is an AI worker created for one job. You give it a persona, the rules it works by, and the tools it may use. Then it gets on with the work.
Agents work where your business already lives. They read the mailboxes and Messenger pages you connected in Relay. They book, move and cancel appointments in Cue. They look people up and file records in Nest. You don’t copy data between tools to make that happen.
Anything that leaves the building and needs your say-so waits in one place: the Approvals queue.
The seven agent types
Tron groups its types into three families. Channel agents talk to people on a medium you connect. Work agents produce and act on your data. The Business Agent represents your business to other AI assistants.
| Type | Family | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Telecaller | Channel | Places outbound phone calls and holds a natural voice conversation. |
| Email Agent | Channel | Works a mailbox: triages, drafts or sends replies, runs follow-ups. |
| Chat Agent | Channel | One agent across your website chat and Facebook Messenger. |
| Research Agent | Work | Turns a question or a record into a sourced brief. |
| Marketing Agent | Work | Brand voice, copy drafts, email campaigns, review asks. |
| Finance Agent | Work | Quotes, invoices, payment links and polite chasing. |
| Business Agent | Business | Your business’s own agent, which Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants can talk to. One per business. See Business Agent and the Oroe connector. |
An agent’s type is chosen when you create it and can’t be changed later. Each type has its own pages in the sidebar.
How agents run on Pulse
Pulse is Oroe’s AI engine. When an agent is connected to the shared Pulse connection, Pulse chooses the model, enforces the budget and records the charge. The agent’s tools and rules stay in Tron.
You pick where each agent runs in the Execution card of the agent builder. See Create your first agent for the steps, and the Pulse docs for how AI connections are set up.
How agents act across Oroe
| Module | What Tron’s agents do there |
|---|---|
| Cue | Book, reschedule and cancel appointments. Start workflows and invoices from bookings and form submissions. |
| Nest | Look customers up, capture consented leads, write research back to records, send campaigns to consented segments. |
| Relay | Read and send email through your connected mailboxes. Answer Facebook Messenger through your connected pages. |
| Pulse | Run the model, hold the budget and bill the usage. |
